Group sizes vary by city. Key West starts at 10 and the other cities at 25; at the top end, Miami Beach hosts 2,000+, Key West, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach 1,000+, and Delray Beach scales to your group. Large groups are organized into teams.
Your quote includes planning, customization, game materials, facilitation (if applicable), and a full event experience from start to finish.
Yes, a 50% deposit is typically required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to the event.
We accept major credit cards and can provide invoicing for corporate clients.
Absolutely. We work with corporate billing processes and can provide detailed invoices and documentation.
Optional upgrades like custom branding, themed props, or extended experiences may be added to your package.
Bookings are generally non-refundable, but we do our best to accommodate changes or rescheduling when possible.

Day-of Logistics
Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled start time so we can check everyone in and kick things off smoothly.

We provide everything you need at the start, either through simple digital instructions or physical materials, depending on your setup.

Cancellations & Weather
We run our hunts rain or shine, so we recommend dressing for the weather. If conditions become severe, we'll do our best to adjust timing or make reasonable accommodations when possible.
Bookings are generally considered final once confirmed, as we reserve time and resources specifically for your group. Refunds are not guaranteed.
